Scope of Work
INL Colombia's Rural Security Programs support the National Police of Colombia (CNP) by enhancing security at police stations and rural bases. This requirement is for 1800 LM of MIL-8 Original Hesco Bastion units (180 MIL-8 units), five used 40' High Cube Shipping Containers, and one MTP+1417i Modular Transmission Panel. All equipment must be new, in original packaging, brand-name only (Hesco Bastion), and procured via manufacturer-approved channels with a minimum 5-year warranty.
Delivery requirements vary: non-US providers must deliver to San Luis (Tolima), Colombia, within 90 days of award, while US providers deliver to the INL freight forwarder in Miami, FL, also within 90 days. Contractors are responsible for proper packing, export approvals, material data safety sheets, licenses, and compliance with ITAR regulations. The U.S. Government will assist with customs clearance and tax exemptions in Colombia.
