Contract Details
- Type: Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under FAR Part 12 and 13.5.

- Period of Performance: Equipment to be delivered within 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
- Place of Performance: Colombian Navy Intelligence Fusion Center in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Delivery: Contractor is responsible for all delivery and transportation charges to specified addresses in Bogotá, Colombia, or Miami, FL (for US vendors).
- Warranty: Minimum 1-year warranty from date of delivery, with a locally supported general warranty. Contractor must respond to technical requests within 24 hours and repair equipment within 8 working days.
- Customs & Tax: The U.S. Government will assist in obtaining customs clearance and tax (IVA) exemption certificates from the Government of Colombia. Goods and services must be provided tax-exempt.
