Key technical requirements include a high-resolution, multi-spectral imaging system (UV to IR), advanced software for image analysis and archiving, a spectrometer module, and specific hardware components including a PC and 42-inch monitor. A five-year subscription to Keesing Travel and Identity documents and banknotes databases, and Assure ID Sentinel, is also required.

The contractor shall also provide:

• On-site Training: Conducted in SPANISH for 40 INACIF experts (two groups of 20, 16 hours each) covering hardware, software, operation, and fault detection. Trainer resumes and course evaluations are required.
• Maintenance: A base year plus four (4) option years of support, including a 24/7 Spanish telephone hotline (1-hour call-back), email support, remote support, and on-site diagnosis/repair visits (within 48 hours for diagnosis, 10 days for repair). Spare parts replacement within 48 hours, with contractor responsible for shipping and importation.
• Preventive Maintenance: Two visits per year to inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust the system. Technical support for maintenance is required for five years post-delivery.
