• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), single award contract with optional quantities.

• Period of Performance: No more than 270 days from the date of award.

• Submission Deadline: Quotes are due by 10:00 A.M. (local Washington D.C. time) on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

• Submission Format: Quotes must be submitted via email, limited to fifteen (15) pages, 12-point font, Times New Roman, in PDF format.

• Required Information: Quotes must include unit and extended prices (USD), proposed delivery date, detailed description of items, product literature, warranty terms, past performance (up to 5 references), and certifications.

• Evaluation Factors: Proposals will be evaluated based on Technical Specifications, Delivery Time, Export Compliance Experience, Past Performance, and Price.

• Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is required prior to award.

• Adherence to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) is required; supplies must be from eligible countries.

• The U.S. Government will assist with customs clearance and tax exemptions in Ukraine.

• A factory/warehouse visit may be conducted for quality assurance.

• Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted via email by 10:00 A.M. (local Washington D.C. time) on Tuesday, June 09, 2026.
