Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), single award contract with optional quantities.
  • Period of Performance: July 6, 2026, to April 30, 2027.
  • Delivery: FOB Origin, as soon as possible, but no later than 270 days from contract award. The equipment is destined for Ukraine. The U.S. Government will assist with customs clearance and tax exemptions in Ukraine.

  • Eligibility & Compliance: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, possess a valid Federal Explosives License issued by ATF, and comply with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
  • Warranty: A minimum one-year manufacturer warranty is required for specific Contract Line Items.
