All instruction, materials, and course delivery must be conducted entirely in Spanish. The contractor will develop complete training materials in Spanish and assess participant comprehension. The requirement is for four training iterations per year, each for up to 25 participants, totaling 24 instructional hours per iteration. Participants must possess valid vetting, and training is prohibited for non-vetted individuals.
