Submission & Evaluation
Interested vendors must submit quotations via email to RestrepoF@state.gov AND BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. To be considered for award, offerors must follow the instructions in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ PR15787662 document. Award will be made based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology to the responsive, technically acceptable, and reasonably priced quote. The Government reserves the right to reject incomplete, non-compliant, or unreasonably high-priced quotations.
Eligibility & Notes
This solicitation is for full and open competition. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award, unless an exception applies. Items originating from China cannot be purchased (refer to FAR 52.225-5). Payment will be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) for Colombian firms or US Dollars (USD) for US firms, 30 days after receipt of invoice via the Vendor Portal. Value Added Tax (VAT) or Impuesto a las Ventas (IVA) will not be reimbursed; an exemption letter will be provided.
