Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. The performance period is from June 13, 2026, to June 12, 2027. Payment will be made monthly, 30 days after receipt of invoice, with no advance payments. Colombian firms will be paid in Colombian Pesos (COP), while US firms will be paid in US Dollars (USD). The place of performance is Bogota, Colombia.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted via email to both RestrepoF@state.gov and BogotalNLSolicitation@state.gov. The deadline for submitting questions is February 09, 2026, at 16:00 hours (Bogota time). The final deadline for quotations is February 19, 2026, at 16:00 hours (Bogota time). Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Evaluation factors include technical specifications, proposed delivery time frame, and overall proposal quality. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
