Purpose & Scope
The objective is to rapidly establish a temporary high-security detention facility adjacent to Base Vertieres in Haiti to support Haitian National Police operations against gang activities. The scope includes the design and fabrication of the modular cells and mezzanines in the United States, packaging, and delivery to Port-au-Prince, Haiti (FOB Destination).
