The contractor will be responsible for:

Special Requirements
- Product Requirements: Brand name or equal. Products must be new, in original packaging, never used, and unaltered. A manufacturer warranty is required, and products must be procured through an approved distribution channel.
- Trade Agreements Act (TAA): Federal acquisitions must be from offerors supplying products of eligible countries under free trade agreements.
- Shipping: No partial shipments are allowed unless specified by the Contracting Officer.
- Customs & Export: The U.S. Government will assist with customs clearance and tax exemptions. The contractor must comply with AECA and ITAR regulations for export licenses at no additional cost.
- Inspection & Acceptance: Final inspection and acceptance of all items will be performed by the U.S. Government in Miami.
- Submission: Bids must be submitted exclusively through UNISON. The Contracting Officer cannot assist with UNISON access or technical issues.
