  • Trade Agreements Act (TAA): Federal acquisitions must be from offerors supplying products of eligible countries under free trade agreements.
  • Shipping: No partial shipments are allowed unless specified by the Contracting Officer.
  • Customs & Export: The U.S. Government will assist with customs clearance and tax exemptions. The contractor must comply with AECA and ITAR regulations for export licenses at no additional cost.
  • Inspection & Acceptance: Final inspection and acceptance of all items will be performed by the U.S. Government in Miami.
