- 500 "Tactical jacket garment": Specific material, waterproof/breathability ratings, and sizes are detailed in Attachment B. All items must be new, in original packaging, never used, and not altered. A 12-month warranty is required for all delivered items. Delivery is required within twenty (20) days after receipt of order.

- Payment: Colombian Pesos (COP) for Colombian firms, US Dollars (USD) for US firms.
