- Computer Equipment: 16 Dell Pro 14 Plus bundles with dual monitors and 2 Dell Pro Rugged 13 bundles, pre-installed with required hardware/software. Computer equipment must be delivered within 8-12 weeks from purchase order issuance.
- Building and Perimeter Security System: Integrated access control and CCTV systems, including perimeter protection (razor wire and drain security grill). Installation for security systems is expected within 3-6 months from contract award.

Special Requirements & Eligibility
Vendors must confirm authorized reseller status for Dell and APC products, with capabilities for warranties and 5-year next-day onsite/24/7 technical support for storage systems. Proven experience installing and maintaining building security, access control, and CCTV systems, specifically using the Protégé brand, is required, along with approved integrator status for Protégé. For any future solicitation, vendors must possess a current CAGE code, valid UEI, be registered in SAM, and not appear on the Excluded Parties List. Quoted prices are expected to include all shipping, brokerage, and transportation to Port of Spain.
