- Machining and Welding of Converging Throats: 4 throats and 4 sensor ports, then welding 4 assemblies.

Performance Details
Performance will be located at NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). Deliverables are to be shipped to Central Receiving, Bldg 4631, Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL 35812.
Special Requirements & Evaluation
All parts must be machined and welded to drawing specifications, with compliance verified by internal inspection or NASA MSFC approval. Detailed ISO 9001:2015 inspection reports are required. Machining work must be completed within 10 working days of part receipt.
Contractors must:
- Hold ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.
- Have capability to handle ITAR-controlled data and parts.
- Possess specific experience achieving 16 Ra surface finishes and ±0.004" dimensional tolerances on additively manufactured materials (ORCAlloy-21 and GRX-810).
- Have experience machining AS5202 port types and verifying threads with AN fittings.
Capabilities submitted will be evaluated solely to determine if this procurement can be conducted on a competitive basis.
