Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for removing blockages and rehabilitating approximately 510 linear feet of 3"-4" cast iron sanitary sewer pipes using the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining method or a more efficient alternative. Key tasks include pre and post CCTV inspection, cleaning of all clogged sections (hydro jetting, descaling, obstruction removal), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scanning, excavation of at least two 4ft x 4ft x 4ft pits for access, and concrete restoration of excavated areas. The rehabilitation must provide structural integrity, watertight sealing, and a minimum 10-year service life, complying with standards like ASTM F1216 and NSF/ANSI 14.
