- Full inspection of all system components.
- Maintenance and repairs to eliminate system chattering and excessive vibration, particularly in one spud.
- Replacement of both inoperable deck control stations with new, fully functional controls.
The work will be conducted aboard the CB Leonard at the Fountain City Service Base (FCSB) or a location within a 100-mile radius of FCSB along the Mississippi River. Work hours are Monday – Thursday, 0700 – 1730, excluding Federal Holidays. All work must be completed no later than June 15, 2026.
