This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). However, only the M&R MACC contractors listed on the RFP cover letter (T.E. Davis Construction Company, Joyce & Associates Construction, Inc., Olympic Enterprises, Inc., Quadrant Construction) are eligible to submit proposals.

Evaluation & Submission

Award will be based on the Lowest Price. The Government intends to award a task order without discussions, so initial offers should contain the best terms. Bid bonds are required per FAR 52.228-1.

Special Requirements

Work will be performed in an occupied building, requiring prior approval for entry and protection of existing contents. Contractor personnel must comply with Defense Biometrics Identification System (DBIDS) for base access and adhere to all activity regulations, including safety, fire, traffic, and security.
