Description:The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and engineering necessary to complete installation work for A/C units in NAVSUP offices at the building 926, NAF Misawa, Japan in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings attached to this solicitation.Contractor Requirements:For an offer to be considered for award, the Contractor shall:? Provide the contracting officer with a valid construction business license to perform construction work in Japan (Kensetsugyo Kyokasyo), if such information is not already on file with or available to the contracting officer;? Be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract; and?
