Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East, FEAD Chinhae, Building #613, PSC 479, FPO AP 96269-1100. Offerors must be registered in beta.SAM.gov and submit quotations priced in Korean Won only. Award will be made to the quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, primarily based on price.
Additional Notes
- A site visitation is scheduled for February 12, 2026, 02:00 PM at the Main Gate of CFA Chinhae.
- Offerors must submit completed SF18 Pages 1 and 2, their most recent Stock Change Certificate, and a Certified Copy of Register. Do not submit a cost breakdown other than the total price.
- Failure to submit an EFT form signed by a Korean Bank Official will result in a non-responsive quote.
- Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements are applicable.
- Payment will be made in Korean Won.
