- The anticipated contract structure is a fixed-price concession contract, with a period of performance of one base year and four option years.
Key Requirements & Clarifications
- The government is open to low-code cloud (SaaS) solutions (e.g., Appian SaaS), provided the vendor is FedRAMP moderate authorized and the system remains commercially hosted without DOL network access.
- Acceptable connectivity methods include dedicated ISP circuits, cellular/LTE/5G.
- All installation activities must be conducted after-hours or on weekends.
- No existing gate, barrier, LPR, or access control equipment is currently installed or intended for reuse.
- Both monthly and daily parking options will be available.
- Parking is generally restricted to DOL employees, with exceptions determined by DOL leadership.
