• Delivery/Acceptance: At destination.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To establish performance-based work requirements for local office moves at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, emphasizing commercial best practices for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) covers local office moves. Upon request, the Contractor will perform site surveys, provide binding estimates for moving services, and, upon acceptance and issuance of a BPA Call, execute the move. Services include:

• Inventory Management

• Detailed Relocation Planning

• Time and Price Estimates

• Systems Furniture Disassembly and Assembly

• Loading and Unloading / Delivery and Setup

• The BPA is for a period of 5 years.

• The period of performance start date for each task order is requested to be 90 days after delivery of award.

• Performance will occur at various locations on Fort Leavenworth.

• The Government will not exercise supervision or control over the service providers; the Contractor is solely accountable.

• The Contractor must provide all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor.

• The Contractor must have expertise in moving systems furniture.

• The Contractor must provide manpower, transportation, and equipment for packing, crating, loading, unloading, delivering, and setting up.

• The Contractor must notify the COR of any potential late deliveries with rationale and impact.

• Deliverables are considered accepted if no written notice of non-conformity is received within 10 business days of final delivery.
