• A mandatory Pre-Quotation Conference will be held at the project site on April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM AEST. Prospective offerors must contact cnbgsoprocurement@state.gov by April 17, 2026, to confirm attendance and arrange site access.

• Offerors providing less than 30 calendar days for Government acceptance after the offer due date will be rejected.
