Quick Summary
The United States Coast Guard Base Portsmouth has issued a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to PVPII-FNSS ACQUISITION INC. This action is for the installation of a new conduit pathway and 18/3 EFO wiring for the GRAB barrier system, including integration with existing control panels, at USCG Base Portsmouth, VA. The sole-source justification is based on the proprietary nature of the Smith & Wesson Grab 300 Barrier system's specifications and diagnostic equipment.
