Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install a stacked washer and dryer set in the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) AMS Science & Technology Program greenhouse facility to support laboratory and operational needs.

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, permits, and incidentals to complete the following:

• Remove and dispose of the existing double-bowl utility sink.

• Ensure units are leveled, secured, and fully functional.

• Supply all materials (except the government-furnished washer and dryer).

• Coordinate electrical panel access and water shutdowns with USDA.
