- Offering a variety of seafood items to meet patron demands.
- Ensuring core items provide a minimum of 13% savings (25% overall target) and non-core items at least 10% savings below local retail prices.
- Increasing overall annual sales by at least 3% Year-Over-Year.
- Sourcing all seafood products from U.S. Army Public Health Command (APHC) approved sources and adhering to NOAA sustainability guidelines.
