• Items not shipped via SMALL PARCEL SERVICE must be on PALLETS.

• The contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price arrangement.

• Delivery is requested by April 30, 2026, for all listed items.

• Offers are due by April 22, 2026, at 02:00 PM.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 by reference.

• Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price, with technical acceptability being the most critical factor.

• Proposals must meet or exceed specifications, delivery requirements, and other terms and conditions.

• Past performance will be evaluated using PPIRS-SR and other sources.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• Contractors will require a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access.

• Invoicing and payment will be processed through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

• Specific clauses regarding Buy American, Trade Agreements, and Supply Chain Security are included.
