- Repairing/replacing 64 square feet of the lower half of the Pilothouse with 2-inch Hullboard with fiberglass facing, per Drawing 45-RB-M-635-002, Rev C.
- Utilizing specified materials: Pyrotek “QUADZERO” for sound attenuation and Owens Corning 2-inch Foil-Faced “Insul-Quick” insulation.
- Following a detailed installation process involving layering materials and taping boundaries.
- Providing all consumables, Hullboard, Pyrotek insulation, stud gun, pins, and caps.
- Arranging for the disposal of existing lead-lined insulation (which will be removed and packaged by the Coast Guard prior to contractor arrival).
