Scope of Work

- Integrate 54+ existing legacy buildings and 9 new facilities, accounting for potential shifts in Beneficial Occupancy Dates (BODs).
- Ensure the network is expandable for future facilities.
- Provide complete operations and maintenance (O&M) of the CRN during implementation.

Performance Standards & Special Requirements
- All equipment must comply with SRD-3.7.2.1 Network Equipment and be approved by DISA.
- Network components must adhere to DoD cybersecurity policies, DISA STIGs, and Air Force Network security guidance, including FIPS 140-2/3 compliance for cryptographic functions.
- All data must be handled as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) at a minimum.
- Cybersecurity compliance includes RMF, STIGs, vulnerability scanning, and an incident response plan.
- Contractor personnel require Common Access Cards (CACs) and specific certifications for VICADS, Vindicator, IDS, and ACS.
- Compliance with various DoD, Air Force, NIST, UFGS, UFC, TAA, and OSHA regulations is mandatory.
- Deliverables include an Installation Design Package (IDP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Cutover and Transition Plan, As-Built Drawings, and Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
