It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) to award a contract based on this Request for Information (RFI) or otherwise pay for the information sought. The Government is seeking responses to this Sources Sought Notice from all interested businesses capable of providing the requirement.
ABMC is seeking preliminary market research information from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of providing Integrated IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer/Case Relationship Management (CRM) Platform as described in the attached Request for Information document. The intended North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code classified for this effort is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. If your company has feedback that differs from the selected NAICS, include it.
Responses shall be submitted no later than Sunday, December 7, at 11:59 p.m. EST (Arlington, Virginia) by email to Contracting Officer, Ms. Marissa Tregoning <tregoningm@abmc.gov> and Contracting Specialist, Ms. Jessica Young <youngj.ctr@abmc.gov>.
In addition to the requirements in Item 8. Vendor Response Requirements in the attached RFI, please provide the following information within your response:
- Company name and address, UEI and CAGE Code
- Company point(s) of contact and contact information
- FedRAMP authorization identifiers (if applicable)
- Contract vehicles (SEWP, GSA MAS, CIO-SP4, etc.)
- Prior federal clients with similar deployments
- Description of capabilities related to your capacity to perform and manage the work.
- Confirmation that your company is interested and intends to submit a quote/bid/proposal when and if a solicitation is issued.
