This solicitation is for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical facilities. The objective is to effectively implement an IPM program that promotes safe, efficient, and environmentally preferred strategies to prevent or control pests that may impact health, impede operations, or damage property.

• Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and supplies for IPM services.

• Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pest inspections.

• Monitor, perform trap maintenance, and conduct rodent and insect control.

• Respond to non-emergency service calls within 8 hours and emergency calls within 2 hours.

• Provide documentation and reporting (daily, quarterly, annual).

• Conduct initial comprehensive inspections within 10 business days of award.

• Develop and implement an IPM plan.

• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including EPA, OSHA, and VHA directives.

• Personnel must possess appropriate licenses and certifications for pest control in Texas.

• QualityPro accreditation is preferred.

• No smoking on VA property.

• Background checks for all assigned personnel.

• The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous.
