Scope of Work
The government is seeking capabilities for comprehensive ITS standards work, including:
- Developing and maintaining ITS Standards across various domains such as NTCIP, Traffic Management, Advanced Transportation Controllers (ATC), ATC API, ITS roadside cabinets, Roadside Unit (RSU) Standards, Connected Transportation Interoperability (CTI), Connected Intersections, and emerging automated transportation operational systems.
- Utilizing systems engineering processes to meet current and future requirements.
- Maintaining currently published ITS standards and testing selected ones.
- Providing program management and facilitating stakeholder interaction.
- Establishing and maintaining expert working groups with transparent processes.
- Supporting industry education, training, outreach, and involvement.
