Justification for Sole Source
The NRC justifies this sole-source action because FAIMIS contains extensive agency-specific customizations and proprietary architecture developed and maintained by CGI since 2012. CGI Federal Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of performing the required emergent follow-on work without causing unacceptable delays, duplication of cost, or significant operational risk. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) will be approved and posted.
