Submission & Evaluation
This is not a request for competitive quotations. However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation within 5 days of the notice's issuance (on or about February 10, 2026). Responses will be considered solely to determine if a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set-aside competitive procurement should be conducted. The Government will not pay for information received.
Eligibility & Notes
If the Government decides to compete this requirement, it may become a Small Business Set-Aside, in which case FAR 52.219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting, will apply. Small businesses interested in a potential set-aside should demonstrate compliance. Submissions must include points of contact, business size/socioeconomic status, CAGE Code or UEI Number, and address how the product meets specified characteristics.
