Statement of Work (SOW)

To establish a 5-year instrument placement and reagent rental agreement for blood gas analyzers at the Chinle Laboratory.

• Provide two (2) Radiometer ABL 90 Flex Plus analyzers to replace existing Radiometer blood gas analyzers.

• Include 1 year of warranty service and 4 years of service coverage.

• Supply sufficient reagents and consumables for continuous operation under normal conditions.

• Provide installation and user training.

• Include a full validation kit.

• Analyzers will be covered by depot service.

• Required parameters: pH, pCO2, pO2, K+, Na+, Ca+, Cl-, Glu, Lactate, SO2, tHb, and oximetry parameters (O2, tHb, MetHb, FO2Hb, FCOHb).

• Closed system requiring 2 or fewer solution packs/testing cassettes.

• Built-in barcode reader.

• Capability for automatic QC, customizable QC, and calibration schedules.

• Small sample volume requirement (<100 uL).

• Capability for direct specimen testing from syringes, test tubes, and capillary tubes without adapters.

• Programmable printer display options.

• Small, tabletop, and potentially portable design.

• Period of Performance: 04/01/2026 - 03/31/2027 (Note: This appears to be the first year of a 5-year agreement).

• Location of Work: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility.

• Instrumentation will be shipped/delivered upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO).

• Training will be scheduled on a mutually acceptable date.

• Contractor will provide proper invoices for billing.

• Instrumentation replacement/repair will follow manufacturer's internal protocols at their discretion.

• Penalties: False or misleading information is subject to legal penalties.

  • Name of the 51% owner of IEE Firm
