Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), a contract for Data Analysis Services for the 72nd Test Squadron.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 and the small business size is $25,500,000. The assigned Service Code is B541.
This requirement is for data analysis services. This requirement is for a requirements contract with a base period of one year and four option year periods for a total of five years. The contractor shall continue support of the war fighter through future development data analysis services including software development, data analysis, systems engineering, ground support, and analysis tools, and ground support tools, as well as design services for systems and tools to facilitate data analysis, ground support, and analysis tools. Support of the war fighter through development and use of those models in flight line support equipment. Develop a path forward to meet requirements of data analysis of war fighter environment. Maintain necessary expertise for moving forward with the data analysis effort utilizing software and data contributing all aspects of systems data to ensure data analysis portrays the required picture of real time scenarios of systems utilizing truth data. Utilize data analysis, and truth data output to provide confidence that the warfighter will satisfy the objectives required to accomplish the mission.
Award will be made on or after 9 March 2026.
