Purpose

This directly supports the Air Force Research Laboratory 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW/RHB).

Scope of Work

• Provide specialized scientific, engineering, and technical expertise for daily Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of C/RAC facilities.
• Support high-G acceleration and high-altitude testing on physiological measurement systems.
• Tasks include centrifuge and chamber setup, control system programming, data collection, scheduling, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Develop continuity manuals for C/RAC O&M and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (FAR, OSHA).
• Requires approximately 10.75 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) with specific skill sets (e.g., Inside Observer, Lecturer, Program Manager, Maintainer, Aerospace Physiology Officer).

Justification & Eligibility
