Additional Notes
In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, the Government intends to consolidate the rail spur berms and pad berms at MOTSU. This consolidation is deemed to be in the best interest of the Government, meeting FAR 7.107 requirements, and its benefits are expected to exceed those of alternative approaches. The Government has determined that consolidation is necessary and justified. This notice provides a seven-day period prior to the anticipated release of the solicitation.
