Vendor Qualification Requirements
Interested vendors must submit:

- Valid Commercial Registration and license to operate in the State of Kuwait
- Relevant past performance and experience
Prospective vendors are encouraged, but not required, to register in SAM.gov. Vendors without active SAM registration must complete FAR 52.204-90, Offeror Identification, which requires details like Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and ownership information.
