Justification
The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Bavak Beveiligingsgroep BV is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the installed Bavak Xentry-BD vehicle gate systems and is the only known source of genuine replacement parts compatible with the existing equipment.

This notice is not a request for quotations and does not constitute a solicitation. Interested parties who believe they can satisfy this requirement must provide evidence demonstrating their authorization to supply genuine Bavak OEM replacement parts for the Bavak Xentry-BD vehicle gate system. Responses shall include sufficient documentation to establish the offeror’s ability to provide authentic OEM parts fully compatible with the existing installed equipment.
