Scope of Work

The platform must be capable of targeting students based on academic majors, career interests, and qualifications, directing them to relevant job opportunities on USAJOBS. The objective is to increase awareness of Federal careers and improve applicant flow to Federal agencies, leading to successful hires.

Justification
Stryder Corp dba Handshake is identified as the only responsible source capable of satisfying OPM's requirements. This procurement will be conducted via sole source, utilizing other than full and open competition procedures.

However, the Government will consider all responses received by the deadline for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement.
