Scope of Work
The requirement is for ForceTec FTTS-F16483-FK-USAF tool kits, specifically designed for the installation, removal, and cold working preparation of ForceTec rivetless nutplates on F-16 airframes. The kits must be complete, ready-to-use, and compatible with T.O. 1F 16CJ 3 1 procedures for nominal, 1st oversize, and 2nd oversize hole preparation. Tools must be suitable for structural repair on metallic and composite substructures.

- Components: Precision machined reamers, dedicated drill guides, cold work compatible mandrels and gauges, deburring tools, nut installation/removal tools, hand puller/wrench nosecaps, and core drill components. Includes post cold work gauges.
