Market research, including a Sources Sought notice posted on SAM.gov on February 27, 2026, confirmed that Paraclete XP Sky Venture LLC is the only source capable of meeting all minimum requirements. Specifically, no other facilities within the required 25-nautical-mile radius of Fort Bragg, NC, meet the unique combination of a sufficiently large flight chamber (16.4 feet diameter) and the technical specifications necessary for USAPT's advanced formation training.
