Intent to Sole Source: Monaco Fire Alarm Preventative Maintenance Services

Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide personnel, tools, supervision, and necessary parts for preventative maintenance and onsite repairs of Monaco workstations at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Vienna, OH.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and onsite repairs for Monaco workstations.

• All scheduled maintenance must adhere to manufacturer's specifications.

• Provide service checks/maintenance to adjust, upgrade, repair, and accomplish manufacturer's recommended maintenance.

• Tasks include cleaning and verifying operation of D-21 PCs, printer service, software updates (D-21, antivirus, RMF Ready), database backups, monitor checks, system-wide polls, UPS system checks, network connectivity verification, and RFM firmware updates.

• Specific tasks also include testing Monaco support connections, ensuring database synchronization, performing server takeover tests, updating media files, checking rack equipment, providing software installation disks and manuals, inspecting and testing tone panels, GPIOs, NVM, mobile base stations, remote station alerting equipment, RFMs, and weather stations.

• Inspect Monaco provided DVR equipment and NVM systems.

• Provide operator training on Monaco's equipment.

• Workmanship must be in accordance with commercial practices and manufacturer's specifications.

• Maintenance Repair Log must be maintained and submitted monthly.

• Service calls must be responded to within one (1) business day of notification.

• Provide completed reports after each preventative maintenance visit.

• Location: Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Vienna, OH.

• Hours of Operation: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for Federal holidays.

• Warranty: One year from completion of work for workmanship. One-year limited warranty for new equipment.

• Personnel must possess experience on Monaco workstations and be trained by the manufacturer's designated service agency.

• All replacement parts shall be new factory warranted parts unless prior approval is given for rebuilt parts.

• Contractor is responsible for cleanup of all work sites.

• Contractor must provide proper identification and/or citizenship documentation for employees.
