Scope of Work
This service includes a comprehensive inspection and test of the onboard MOV system. Key tasks involve:
- Full inspection and testing of the onboard MOV system.
- Inspection, testing, and tuning of all related MOVs in Loops 1, 2, and 3, operating both remotely and locally.
- Adjustment and calibration of valves as necessary.
- Providing training, troubleshooting, and assistance to ship's force.
- Supplying all required tools and equipment, including MOV Pushbutton Kits and long (6") keys for gear operators.
- Grooming network master controllers, verifying power input, network wiring, grounding, termination, and electrical connections.
- Verifying MOV torque.
- Performing an operational test of all MOVs post-servicing.
- Delivering a detailed report of findings and recommendations to the MSCREP and Chief Engineer.
