Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide and install new systems furniture in Room 2112B of Building #1 at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida.

This SOW outlines a two-phase project:

Phase 1: Purchase, Ship, and Store

• Procure new systems furniture that matches existing furniture.
• Ship and store the furniture.
• All work must be coordinated with NAWCTSD.
• Completion deadline: March 30, 2026.

Phase 2: Transport and Install

• Transport and install the new systems furniture in Room 2112B of the DeFlorez Building.
• Furniture must match existing.
• All work must be coordinated with NAWCTSD.
• Completion deadline: April 30, 2026.

General Requirements for Both Phases:

• Adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local codes, including Unified Facility Criteria (UFC).
• Testing to ensure work is complete and usable.
• Minimizing dust and noise with daily cleanup.

The Contractor must complete both Phase 1 and Phase 2, with the entire work ready for use, no later than April 30, 2026.

Submittals (within 7 calendar days after award):

• Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
• Statement of Nonuse of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS)
• Accident Prevention Plan including Activity Hazard Analysis
• Work Schedule
• Bonds and insurance
• Name, SSN, and Citizenship of each on-site worker
• Standard drawings in ACAD LT 2012 and PDF format

Safety:

• Compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "Safety and Health Requirements Manuals" (EM 385-11) and "Occupational Safety and Health Standards" (29 CFR 1910).
• Adherence to OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• No live electrical work permitted.
• Power de-energization requires at least 2 weeks' prior approval from the Contracting Officer.

Station Regulations:

• Familiarity with and obedience to all applicable Federal, State, local, and station regulations.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship required for all on-site workers.
• Some work areas may require escort or security clearance.

Working Hours:

• To be coordinated with the Contracting Officer.
• No power disruptions during normal working hours.
• Regular working hours: 8-hour period between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding Government holidays).
• Contracting Officer approval required for working hours and access to restricted spaces.
