Intent to Award Sole Source Contract

The contract will provide comprehensive warranty and maintenance services for Government-owned Spectrum Guard Pro Systems. The requirement involves proprietary software and hardware. The associated annual maintenance and support services are exclusively available through the PACTSTAR vendor, who supplied the equipment previously. Therefore, no other source is authorized to provide the necessary maintenance and support.

While this is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government's requirement. Capability statements must clearly show the offeror's status as an authorized vendor. Statements should be emailed to the Point of Contact by the response date (11 June 2026). The Government reserves the discretion to determine whether to compete this proposed contract based on submitted responses.

To provide comprehensive warranty and maintenance services for five (5) Government-owned Spectrum Guard Pro Systems, ensuring continuous operational readiness for Department of War (DoW) mission requirements.
