- Electrical Power: Continuous, uninterrupted commercial electrical power to Government equipment at Beaver Creek, ensuring 98% monthly availability and supporting up to 72kWh. This includes backup generator power activation within one hour of a commercial outage, with the contractor responsible for maintenance and refueling.
- Environmentals: Maintaining equipment locations free from moisture and compliant with OSHA standards.
