The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for an International Biathlon Union (IBU) Class B biathlon range and associated facilities (including timing building, warming facility, etc.) to host the Chief of the National Guard Bureau (CNGB) championship race 19-26 FEB 2026.
