Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to provide 100 VEX Robotics National Championship Competition Team Registration Fees for the U.S. Army JROTC. The competition will take place on the 25th and 26th of January 2026, in Sandusky, Ohio.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS, and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and Team Registrations can be provided for the desired competition. Further, If no affirmative written response is received by January 8, 2026, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 8 January 2026, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) to MICC - Fort Knox, Cara Johnson at cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil.
