• Guest Chairs (CH-2): 24 Mesh Back Upholstered Seat Guest Chairs (Basis of Design: Indiana Furniture DAB, Equivalent or Better).

• Break Room Chairs (CH-3): 8 Poly Break Room Chairs (Basis of Design: Indiana Furniture DAB, Equivalent or Better).

• Conference Room Tables (T-1, T-2): One 60" x 288" and one 48" x 144" Conference Room Table (Basis of Design: Indiana Furniture Catalyst Series, Equivalent or Better).

• Break Room Tables (T-3): Two 36" x 36" Square Break Room Tables (Basis of Design: Indiana Furniture, Equivalent or Better).

• Mobile Computer Carts (MCC-1): Two carts (Basis of Design: National Office Furniture Waveworks, Equivalent or Better).

• Buffet Credenza (BC-1): Two 72" W x 24" D x 36" H Buffet Credenzas (Basis of Design: Indiana Furniture Catalyst Series, Equivalent or Better).

• Shelf Partition (SP-1): One 48" W x 22" D x 73" H Shelf Partition on Casters (Basis of Design: Indiana Furniture SYNERGY Series, Equivalent or Better).

• Magnetic Glass Board (GB-1): Two 48" x 96” Magnetic Glass Boards (Basis of Design: Calyx Glass, Equivalent or Better).

• Carpet (CPT-1): Approximately 145 sq. yards of Interface Open Air carpet, including removal/disposal of existing carpet and installation of new carpet tile and rubber wall base.

• LVT (LVT-1): Approximately 70 sq. ft of Interface Brushed Lines LVT, including removal/disposal of existing carpet and installation of new LVT.

• Period of Performance: To be completed no later than 160 days from contract award, inclusive of site visit, material selection, lead time, and installation.

• Place of Performance: Facility #20016, Area B, 2275 D Street, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH 45433.

• Design Services: Includes space planning, site verification, material selection, and programming. Contractor must provide qualified professional designers with experience in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit).

• Installation: Must be performed by manufacturer-certified professionals. Includes protection of existing finishes, removal of packing materials, and cleaning.

• Delivery: First Floor install with loading dock access; lift gate required. No step or stairway carry. Receiving dock times are 0800-1600.

• Site Conditions: Standard site conditions are assumed, but contractors must notify the CO of any deviations.

• Base Access: Specific procedures for vehicle entry, passes, and personnel identification are detailed in Section 6.0.

• Safety: Compliance with OSHA VPP requirements is mandatory.
