Scope of Work
The contractor will deliver:
- Six (6) annual offerings of a 40-hour DAU-aligned, medically focused IMAC course (PM Level II equivalent) for 25-30 attendees per course. This course must be DAU certified.
- Two to four (2-4) annual offerings of a 16-22 hour truncated, non-certified IMAC for senior leaders.
- All necessary training materials. Delivery can be in-person (preferred) or Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).

Evaluation
Award will be made on a Best Value Trade-Off basis, with non-price factors being more important than cost/price. Key evaluation factors include:
- Go, No-Go Requirement: Proposal must include proof of a fully DAU certified course. Failure to meet this will result in disqualification.
- Technical Approach: Demonstrating understanding of PWS tasks, methodology, flexibility, and management approach.
- Past Performance: Assessed using SAM, PPIRS, and FAPIIS (offerors are not required to submit references).
- Price Proposal: Must be submitted in Excel format with detailed build-up for labor and Other Direct Costs (ODCs).
