- Emergency Services: Identifying appropriate medical facilities, arranging emergency ground transportation under medical supervision, and providing air ambulance evacuation with a response time of no more than 5 hours from notification.
- Repatriation: Assisting with the repatriation of mortal remains.
- Patient Records: Maintaining secure, HIPAA-compliant patient care records.
Services are exclusively for NASA civil service employees traveling officially outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS), including Hawaii and U.S. territories. Exclusions apply for personal leave injuries, family members, and contractors.
